My deepest condolences to all of Anne's family. I met Anne 20 years ago when I started dating her grandson, Blake. I liked her immediately. She was kind, spunky, forward thinking, intelligent and a very interesting woman to talk to. I never really had a grandma in my life so I immediately adopted her as my own. I always enjoyed chatting with her whenever we were at the Bartletts' place. She way a classy lady, always dressed to the nines, no matter what the occasion. I always admired that about her.
Anne emailed us a number of times, most recently in July. Pretty impressive for a 92 year old woman! I can't imagine the amount of change she witnessed in her lifetime.
Anne led a long and happy life. Her legacy is a loving family who will miss her dearly. She made a mark on my life and my heart too.
My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
