We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Mrs. Woods. She has been a long time family friend and neighbour and we will certainly miss her on Leroy Ave. She was always such a positive, passionate, enthusiastic and loyal person who always put others before herself. What a role model! My husband was always so impressed how she treated him as though she had known him for a long time, never forgetting his name. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Barb Mailer and Ross Myatt

Our condolences to David and Karen, Gary and Cathy, Brian and Susan and all of your families. Your mother and grandmother was a very special person; a role model and inspiration to us all in the way she lived a very full and long life. We were so grateful to Lousie, George and boys for the way in which they welcomed us into their home and became our "surrogate" family during our time in London in 1971-1972.
