Predeceased also by his dear friend Peggy Shimla. Our Dad, Gordon Ross, was a life member of the ANAF 345 and Delaware Sportsmen’s Club. He also loved hosting a lot of entertaining get together’s at the farm. His passion was baseball and hockey in Lambeth and surrounding areas, which he was always actively involved in. After a number of years of working at Union Gas he followed in his Parent’s footsteps and decided to change his path to become second generation farmer and to continue Rossland Gardens at the “Old” Covent Garden Market. It is now with heavy hearts that the Family of Gordon F. Ross announce his time with us is over. Gord will be dearly missed. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 3:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, June 5th, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Gordon are asked to consider the Thames Valley Children’s Centre or the London Regional Cancer Program.
