Obituary of Alan Harriman

HARRIMAN, Alan – Peacefully, with his family by his side at Sakura House, Woodstock, on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010 after a courageous struggle with cancer. Dearly loved husband of 51 years to Carol. Devoted father and much loved by his children Stephen and Suzanne; daughter-in-law Lydia; and dear granddaughter Jorja. Beloved son of Dora, aged 91 years; brother Peter and his wife Julie; nephew David and family; niece Lisa and family; sister Barbara and her husband Mike and family in Calgary. Loved and sadly missed by family and friends in England, Canada and the United States. Heartfelt thanks to the director, doctors, nurses, support care workers and volunteers at Sakura House. Cremation has taken place followed by a private family service.
