Dear Marty, Karen and family: Please accept my deepest sympathies to all of you at this sad time. I have thoroughly enjoyed caring for Chuck during his health journey, and getting to know you all so well. Chuck was a "gem"-one of a kind patient who touched me very much. I will miss his jokes, his interest in me and my family and his constant smile. During one's nursing career, you hope that you will meet interesting people that you can help in some way. I truly know that Chuck was one of those patients that I will always remember fondly. He was a treasure, an unique gentleman. I will miss him.
