Polly- I never knew your names until I saw Irving's picture in the obits today.Our lives crossed on 3 occasions in Dr. Fishman's office. The two of you brightened the entire room. I always marveled at how Irving smiled, though obviously ill, and how you made each other laugh. I will remember him (and you) fondly. Eric Rome

I was very saddened to learn of Irv's passing. He was a very, very nice man. I enjoyed seeing him each Sunday at the Georgetown Flea Market and remembering how generous he was. Always a wonderful spirit, helpful to all the other vendors and one of the most congenial and nicest people I've ever met. I will sorely miss him as I know his family will also.
