Obituary of Dorothy Mae Bennett

In loving memory of our mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Dorothy was loved by many people and blessed to touch a lot of people that entered her life and became her family and friends. She was married two times in her life and was blessed to be married to most recent husband W. Bennett who passed in 1987. Having 5 children total from 4 sons and 1 daughter. Surviving are her 4 sons,David W, Robert W, Micheal S, and Brian B and only daughter Michelle R. She was blessed and loved by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren as well. Dorothy resided to the last day of her life at a memory care facility in Salem Oregon known as Four Seasons and was loved by staff and friends she lived with. Her family is very thankful for all services that our mother received from the facility. Our mother Dorothy worked in industry of retail for many years and retiring after 25 plus years from Lancaster mall of Salem, Oregon known as of Willamette Town Center today. Our family would like to invite all of the loved ones/ friends our mother touched in her life to join use in our last gathering to celebrate our mother at Virgil T Golden Funeral Services, 605 Commercial Street SE, Salem, Oregon on February 21,2020 from 12pm to 4pm.
