Obituary of Ricky E Conway
Rick peacefully breathed his last breath on earth and his first breath in the arms of his Savior on Saturday, February 8th at 7am. His two year battle with cancer is over and he will be sorely missed. Born in Gary, Indiana, and living in California and now Oregon, Rick is survived by his wife: Wendy; his three daughters: Melanie Conway, Noelle Ahl, and Mandalyn Witty; his 15 grandchildren: Adam and Alex Navarro, Kristos and Cierra Merritt, Stephanie Hydo, Marshal, Tristan, Anyon, Ivory, and Alina Ahl, Kaelin Witty, Bradley, Dylan, Parry, and Braxton Killingbeck; and siblings, Wayne and JD Conway, Vickie Kinkaid, and Connie Williams. Rick was known for his love of family, and cherished his children and grandchildren. He had quite the sense of humor as well as an unforgettable singing voice. He was passionate about skating, horseback riding, and birds which he would whistle out of the air. He commanded wood with all his skills, both with power tools and downhome whittling. He was dedicated to his job and considered his co-workers to be extended family.
