Frank was born to Catherine and Patrick Ward on January 13, 1929 in Alberta. Frank traveled and lived in the Yukon and Northern British Columbia. He loved his work as a grader operator in Dease Lake. In the most recent years, Frank lived both at the Pouce Care Home and Rotary Manor where he was know to give any pretty girl a wink and a smile as well as singing songs and asking you a riddle when you visited the home. He loved music, and would always be there to listen or sing along with any performers who came. His smiles, warm hello, and singing will be missed.
