Obituary of Floyd Blaser

Floyd BlaserA celebration of life will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at The Pancake House in Eugene for Floyd Frederick Blaser of Eugene, who died Aug. 31 of age-related causes. He was 92. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.He was born June 22, 1917, in Colby, Kansas, to Ernest and Louise Baker Blaser. He married Crystal Taylor on June 22, 1940, in Goodland, Kan. She died Jan. 29, 2000.He was a pressman at The Register-Guard for more than 45 years.He is survived by four grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
