Obituary of Aaron Scott Acocella

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 26, at Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home for Aaron Acocella of Springfield, who died Oct. 19 due to a seizure. He was 40. Visitation will be from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, at Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home. He was born July 16, 1969, in Springfield, to Michael and Sandra Edie Acocella. He attended Thurston High School, and served as a medic in Germany with the U.S. Army. He worked as a tile setter for his father. Survivors include his parents; a daughter, Kristina Acocella of Springfield; two brothers, Andy and Mike Acocella, both of Springfield; and one granddaughter.
