Obituary of Genevieve McIntosh

HARRISBURG — A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 6, at Harrisburg Christian Church for Genevieve McIntosh of Harrisburg, who died Oct. 30 of age-related causes. She was 88. She was born April 4, 1921, in Toledo, Ore., to Edgar and Mattie Moffet Kelso. She married Elmer Harrison in 1943, and they later divorced. She married Hank Hallett, and he died 24 years later. She married Don MacIntosh, and they later divorced. She graduated from Junction City High School. She worked for 25 years as a beautician and for 10 years in custodial services for Lane Transit District buses. Survivors include a daughter, Pamela Brock of Harrisburg; a son, Richard Hallett of Springfield; a sister, Laura Morse of Corvallis; a brother, Edgar K. Kelso of Junction City; and five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Arrangements by Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home in Junction City. Remembrances to Sacred Heart Hospice.
