Obituary of June Elinore Brown

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, at All Saints Episcopal Church in Palo Alto, Calif., for June E. Brown of Eugene, who died Oct. 5 of chronic lung disease. She was 75. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15, at Rocklin Cemetery in Rocklin, Calif. She was born Aug. 16, 1934, in San Mateo, Calif., to Richard and Elinore Baker Armstrong. She married Rollyn O. Brown in Palo Alto, and they later divorced. She graduated from Sequoia High School and was employed for many years in banking. Survivors include three daughters, Julie Brown of Magalia, Calif., Colleen Brown of Manteca, Calif., and Jeri Laird of Eugene; a son, R. Wayne Brown of Fresno, Calif.; two brothers, Ted Armstrong of Williams, Calif., and Pete Armstrong of Santa Clara, Calif.; and four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
