Obituary of Dee Lyons

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, at Lane Memorial Gardens Funeral Home for Dee Lyons of Eugene, who died Dec. 11 of pneumonia at age 77. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, at the funeral home. Inurnment will be private.She was born July 20, 1932, in Wisner, Neb., to Emil and Helen Wigner Kind.She married John Lyons on Aug. 27, 1949, in Junction City. He died Dec. 13, 2002.She was retired from the food service industry.Survivors include two daughters, Debra Hunter and Rhonda Robertson, both of Eugene; a son, Bruce of Eugene; and five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A son, Steve, died previously
