Obituary of Wayne Endicott

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Jan. 6 at Springfield Memorial Gardens for Wayne Endicott Sr. of Springfield, who died Dec. 16 of age-related causes. He was 92.He was born Jan. 2, 1917, in Springfield to John and Grace Green Endicott. He married Thelma Wells and she later died. He married Marge Davis and she later died. He married Eunice Williams on Nov. 4, 1960, and they later divorced. He married Janice Dudley on Sept. 17, 1993, in Springfield.He was a graduate of Thurston High School and attended Oregon State University. He was a farmer, tree farmer and trapper.Survivors include his wife; 11 children, Nancy Jane Putschler, Sharon Wachtal, Joanne Henry, Dan Foster, Ed Williams, Wayne Endicott Jr. and Greg Dudley, all of Springfield, Carol Ann Endicott of San Diego, Nancy Ann Trevena of Redmond, Kenneth Endicott of Phoenix, Ariz., and Lyle Dudley of Eugene; and 22 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.
