Obituary of Gloria Brooke

Gloria M. Brooke of Eugene died Nov. 13 of age-related causes. She was 85. No service is planned.She was born Nov. 5, 1924, in Fort Scott, Kan., to W. W. and Muriel Shaw Dunham. She married Robert Brooke on Feb. 5, 1988, in Eugene. He later died.She graduated from University High School in Eugene in 1941 and attended the University of Oregon. She was the owner/president of Brookside Concrete in Vancouver, Wash.Survivors include a son, Charles Bergstrom of Vancouver; a daughter, Linda Hunt of Bellingham, Wash.; and three grandchildren.A son, Eric Bergstrom, died previously.Arrangements by West Lawn Memorial Funeral Home in Eugene.
