Leon WilliamsF. Leon Williams of Eugene died Dec. 30 of age-related causes. He was 91. A memorial service in California will be later.He was born Sept. 19, 1918, in McGill, Nev., to Leon and Marie Williams. He married Ailsa Bailey in Oct. 1944, in Queensland, Australia. He later married Marita Kyker.He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked as an engineer with Lockheed Missiles and Space in Sunnyvale, Calif.Survivors include two daughters, Joy Williams of Eugene, and Alison Williams, of Queensland; a brother, Rick of Nevada; and two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
