Richard GrayA memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, at Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene for Richard O. “Dick” Gray of Eugene, who died Dec. 20 at age 69. His family chose not to list the cause of death.He was born Dec. 30, 1939, in Onawa, Iowa, to David and Margaret Green Gray. He married Linda Marye Johnson on June 17, 1958, in Elk Point, S.D.He graduated from Onawa High School and attended the University of South Dakota. He served in the Army, stationed on Vashon Island, Wash.He worked 21 years for E.J. Bartells Industrial Insulation, then became the owner and operator of Emerald Industrial Insulation.Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Sherrie Gray of Bend and Tarry Kruit of Eugene; three sons, Joel of Portland, Jerry of Hillsboro and Kevin of Gig Harbor, Wash.; a brother, David Gray of Des Moines, Iowa; and 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
