Obituary of Guy Richardson

Guy Sherman Richardson of Springfield died Feb. 4 of age-related causes. He was 96. No service is planned.He was born April 1, 1913, in Ten Sleep, Wyo., to John and Adene Warner Richardson. He married Lela Taylor in March 1947, in Vancouver, Wash. She died May 6, 1999.He served in the Army in World War II.He worked in ground maintenance.Survivors include three daughters, Nancy Noble of Eugene and Patricia Richardson and Donna Gammell, both of Springfield; two sons, Gene and David, both of Springfield; and a brother, Roy Richardson of Leaburg. A son, Robert Richardson, Jr., died previously.Arrangements by Lane Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Eugene.
