Obituary of Lillian Brenden

Lillian BrendenA memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene for Lillian H. Brenden of Eugene, who died Jan. 11 of age-related causes. She was 89.A reception at Musgrove Family Center will follow the service.She was born Jan. 24, 1920, in Todd County, Minn., to William and Bertha Goepferd Nelson. She married Christian W. Brenden on Sept. 21, 1940, in Eugene. He died Nov. 30, 1988.She was a high school graduate and a homemaker.Survivors include a daughter, Patricia A. Schlosser of Springfield; a son, Eric R. Brenden of Port Townsend, Wash.; a brother, Edward Nelson of Ashland; and two grandsons, four step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
