Obituary of Peggy Ann Jones

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at the Springfield Faith Center for Peggy Ann Jones of Fall Creek, who died Feb. 18 of respiratory failure. She was 76.Jones was born June 3, 1933, in Vegreville, Alberta, to Isaac and Annie Meyers Sanders. She married Ronald A. Jones on March 30, 1951, in Fall Creek.She was a graduate of Lowell High School. She was a homemaker, secretary for Rubenstein’s and Eastside Machine Shop, and co-owner/operator of Western Auto in Prineville.Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Patty Douglas, Karee Burns and Lynda Jones, all of Springfield, and Krysti Bellmore of Canby; a son, Tom Jones of Monument, Colo.; two sisters, Barbara Sippy of Roseburg and Annie Carter of Veneta; and 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Lane Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Eugene.
