Obituary of Marvin Hanna

Marvin Hanna of Veneta died Feb. 26, 2010, of age-related causes at age 77. A private family service will be later.He was born Jan. 3, 1933, in Portland to Albert and Bertha Shannon Hanna. He married Louisa M. Duffy on June 5, 1954, in Reno, Nev.He graduated from Benson High School in Portland. He served 13 years in the U.S. Air Force. He worked at Sherman Brothers.Survivors include three sons, Terry Lee of Louisiana, Michael of Junction City and Bill of Springfield; a daughter, Renee Pederson of Elmira; a brother, Albert Hanna Jr., of Salem, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A daughter, Brenda Gale Hanna, died previously.Arrangements by Lane Memorial Funeral Home. Remembrances to Sacred Heart Hospice.
