Obituary of Florence Norris

HARRISBURG — The graveside funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 19, at Alford Cemetery in Harrisburg for Florence Naomi “Virginia” Norris of Harrisburg, who died March 12 of congestive heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. She was 74.She was born March 31, 1935, in Phoenix, Ariz., to George and Louise Smith Robbins. She was raised by her grandparents, Mabel and Richard Robbins.She was a homemaker.Survivors include three sons, Clifford Case Jr. of Harrisburg, Richard Jones of Myrtle Creek and Michael Jones of Klamath Falls; two daughters, Sue Allen of Ukiah, Calif., and Marijean Bernardo of Medford; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A son, Charles Davis Purritt III, died previously.Arrangements by Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home in Junction City.
