Obituary of Frances Milligan

Frances MilliganFrances Pearl Milligan of Eugene died April 8 of heart failure due to diabetes. She was 71. No service is planned.She was born Nov. 15, 1938, in Peoria, Ill., to David and Cora Armstrong Knapp. She married William Milligan in 1957 in Springfield. He died in 2000.She worked at a nursing home in Pleasant Hill and was a homemaker.Survivors include two sons, Willie of Salem and Kipp of Eugene; a sister, Donna Miller of Eugene; a son, Carl Knapp of Eugene; and four grandchildren. A daughter, Donna Mae Milligan, died previously.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to Prospector Ministries in Salem.
