David SmarttDavid Rawlings Smartt of Eugene died May 13 of kidney failure. He was 61. A private family service will be later.He was born Feb. 10, 1949, in Eugene to Wesley and Thelma Smartt.He attended South Eugene High School.Survivors include his parents; a daughter; a brother, Michael of Bend; a sister, Jo Ellen King of Hillsboro.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
