Gloria CarlsonGloria Jean Carlson of Eugene died May 16 of age-related causes. She was 84. A private family graveside service will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Blue Island, Ill.She was born Oct. 8, 1925, in Blue Island, Ill., to Carl and Ellen Forsell Carlson.She attended secretarial school and was a homemaker.Survivors include a nephew, Douglas Smyth of Eugene; and three nieces, Judith Smyth of Haarlem, Netherlands, and Susan Carlson Glim and Candice Brenner, both of Illinois.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
