Obituary of Ellen Haverstock

Ellen HaverstockA memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, at Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene for Ellen Morris Haverstock of Eugene, who died May 7 of pneumonia. She was 88.She was born March 18, 1922, in Pasadena, Calif., to George and Harriet Woolley Morris. She married Earl Haverstock in 1942 in Pasadena. He died in 2007.She is a graduate of Pasadena City College. She was a homemaker and an artist.Survivors include a son, David of Eugene; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A son, Stephen Haverstock, died in 1978 and a granddaughter, Johanna Haverstock, died in 2007.Remembrances to Bridgeway House or the Relief Nursery.
