Obituary of Dan Wells

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 5, at New Life Apostolic Tabernacle in Eugene for Dan E. Wells of Eugene, who died June 1 of age-related causes. He was 75.He was born Feb. 20, 1935, in Westley, Calif., to Bill and Beulah O’Neil Wells. He and his wife, Helen, were married Aug. 3, 1956, in Reno, Nev. She died previously.He served in the Army and worked as a journeyman machinist.Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Schneider of Central Point; two sons, Benjamin of Coburg and Michael of Eugene; a brother, William “Willy”; and four grandchildren.A graveside service with honor guard presentation will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Eagle Point National Cemetery in Medford.
