Esmer WilliamsEsmer G. “Jeri” Williams of Bend, former long-time resident of Eugene, died May 30 of age-related causes. She was 93. No service is planned.She was born March 10, 1917, in Moscow, Idaho, to William and Grace Bouton Duncan. She married Wesley R. Williams on May 30, 1937, in Portland. He died June 25, 2004.She was a homemaker.Survivors include two sons, Wade of Portland and Scott of Beaverton; a daughter, Kae Williams of Bend; a sister, Bonnie Cohen of Anchorage; and three grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
