Obituary of Rosalie Oatman

Rosalie OatmanRosalie Oatman of Eugene died June 11 of age-related causes. She was 103. No service is planned.She was born Feb. 4, 1907, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to David and Mary Mason. She married Alfred Oatman in 1937 in Peoria. He died in 1969.She graduated from Monmouth College and also attended the University of Oregon and Oregon State. She taught in the Lowell School District for about 20 years and retired from teaching in 1965. She also worked at the Emporium.Survivors include two daughters, Pamela Chamickle of Eugene and Patricia Oatman of Everett, Wash.; five grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
