Obituary of Melba Roark

Melba RoarkMelba “Margie” Roark of Eugene died June 12 of age-related causes. She was 86. No service is planned.She was born Feb. 18, 1924, in Three Sands, Okla., to Jessie and Matti Vanness Hall. She married Preston Roark in McPherson County, Kan. He died previously.She graduated from high school and worked for the U.S. Postal Service.Survivors include a daughter, Connie Cupp of Carson City, Nev.; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
