Obituary of Robert Dark

Robert DarkRobert G. “Bob” Dark of Eugene died June 16 of age-related causes. He was 83. No service is planned.Dark was born Oct. 19, 1926, in Edmond, Okla., to Dick and Marietta Gilmore Dark. He married Anita Kinnear in Coos Bay. She died in 1976. He married Patricia Morian on March 17, 1979, in Eugene.He served in the Navy from 1942 to 1945. He attended Central Missouri State Teachers College, Oklahoma State University and the University of Oregon. He received his doctor of dental medicine degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1960. He worked as a dentist in Eugene for more than 30 years.Survivors include his wife; a son, Charles of Eugene; a daughter, Delyn Dunham of Eugene; and three grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to Parkinson Support Organization in Lake Oswego or the American Heart Association.
