Obituary of Lindsay Babb

Lindsay BabbA celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, June 27, at Fuller’s Farm in West Linn for Lindsay Allisha Babb of Portland, formerly of Eugene, who died June 22 as a result of homicide. She was 28.She was born April 8, 1982, in Eugene to Mike and Valerie Stursa Babb.She graduated from North Eugene High School in 2000. She held a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Oregon. She worked as a supervisor at New Seasons Grocery Store in Portland.Survivors include her parents, now of Kennedale, Texas; grandparents Bert and Shirley Babb of Eugene and Sylvia and Randy Prouse of Eugene; and two brothers, Brady and Kasey, both of Kennedale.Burial will be at Rest Lawn Memorial Park in Junction City. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to Oregon Sports Union Lindsay Babb Memorial Fund.
