Obituary of Ronald Greer

Ronald GreerA memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 9, at Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene for Ronald “Ron” Greer of Eu-gene, who died July 4 of lung cancer. He was 65.He was born March 29, 1945, in San Mateo, Calif., to Jesse and Virginia Bentley Greer. He married Rosemary Precht on Jan. 26, 1985, in Eugene.He graduated with his doctor of veterinary medicine degree from the University of California, Davis in 1971. He owned and operated Animal Health Associates in Eugene and Creswell Veterinary Hospital. He retired in 2006 after 35 years as a veterinarian.Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Michelle Levesque of Hillsboro, Ginger Greer of Medford and JoAnne Watts of Spokane; and four grandchildren.Remembrances to Rotary International or Volunteers in Medicine.
