Obituary of Victor Eddens

Victor EddensA memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 10, at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Eugene for Victor Eddens of Eugene, who died July 3 of cardiac complications. He was 51.He was born Feb. 9, 1959, in San Jose, Calif., to Harlon and Elversa “Louie” Eddens. He married Jill Day on Oct. 4, 1996, in Eugene.He graduated from Ukiah High School in Ukiah Calif., and attended college at Mendicino Community College. He was a painter, worked in the Eugene School District and, most recently worked as a school bus driver at Emerald Christian Academy.Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Morgan Eddens of Long Beach, Calif., and Hanna Eddens and MacKenzie Cudaback, both of Eugene; a son, Jurrell of Eugene; a stepson, Matthew Curtis of Eugene; and four sisters, Leanetta Eddens of Rio Rancho, N.M., Leah Eddens-Pauls of Fresno, Calif., Melanie Eddens-McCants of Antioch, Calif., and Yolanda Eddens of Sacramento.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
