Ruth DudekSPRINGFIELD — Ruth Almeda Dudek of Springfield died July 27 of cancer. She was 72. No service is planned.She was born Nov. 16, 1937, in Redmond to Harry and Mabel Chandler Hudson.She worked as a manager at the Village Inn Apartments.Survivors include two daughters, Linda Nation of Minneapolis and Suzanne of Winston; three sons, Ted Jr. of Kingsville, Texas and Chris and Mike, both of Eugene; a brother, Jim Hudson of Oroville, Calif.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A son, Jeff Hudson, died in 2000.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
