Obituary of Joan Lee

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 2, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 550 N. Danebo Ave., for Joan Raymell Lee of Eugene, who died July 29 of ovarian cancer. She was 78.She was born Feb. 6, 1932 in Klamath Falls to John and Minnie McCullough Hamlin. She married Bobby Ray Lee on Sept. 24, 1949, in Las Vegas. He died on Jan. 9, 2003.She was an office manager and a homemaker.Survivors include three sons, Jimmy Lee of Bellevue, Pa., Gary Lee of Blachly and Terry Lee of Eugene; a daughter, Sherri Wach of Eagle Mountain, Utah; a brother, John Hamlin of Springfield; and 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Chapel of Memories in Eugene.
