Paul ManionBurial will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 17, at Rest-Haven Memorial Park for Paul Vincent Manion of Eugene, who died Aug. 12 of heart failure at age 58.He was born April 1, 1952, in Port Hueneme, Calif., to Uriel and Donna Peyton Manion.He graduated from Sheldon High School in 1970. He attended the University of Oregon, Texas Tech University and the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.He was retired from the U.S. Navy.Survivors include his parents and two brothers, Mark of Houston and Richard of Coburg.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
