Cole FlackA memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 22, at Lowell High School for Cole R. Flack of Palo Cedro, Calif., formerly of Lane County, who died Aug. 18 of respiratory failure at age 15.He was born Nov. 7, 1994, in Springfield to Trent and Kami Poggemeyer Flack.Survivors include his parents; his grandparents, Keith and Janice Flack of Oakridge and Larry and Pam Poggemeyer of Fall Creek; three brothers, Teo, Taggert and Tate; and two sisters, Kia and Zoe Flack.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
