Charlotte TobinCharlotte Mace Tobin of Spokane, formerly of Lane County, died Aug. 23 of cancer. She was 70. No service is planned.She was born Jan. 6, 1940, in Salem to Mace and Eloise Shapless Tobin.A graduate of Stephens College, she worked as a credit manager.Survivors include a sister, Sylvia Chapman of Leaburg; and two grandchildren.Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Leaburg. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
