Obituary of Sonja Seymour

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, at Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home for Sonja L. Seymour of Harrisburg, who died Sept. 17 of kidney failure. She was 73.Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the funeral home.She was born on April 5, 1937, in Oakland, Calif., to Henry and Martha Jensen Christensen. She married Ivan Seymour on Sept. 25, 1955, in Junction City.She graduated from Junction City High School in 1955. She was a bus driver for Harrisburg School District.Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Deann Kelley of Creswell and Karen Shaver of Albany; a son, Robert of Eugene; and five grandchildren.
