Obituary of Jill Sias

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28, at Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home for Jill Caroline Zellick Sias of Fort Braggs, N.C., former resident of Springfield and Eugene, who died Sept. 17 of sepsis. She was 37.She was born Oct. 10, 1972, in Springfield to Daniel and Linda Gall Zellick. She married Joe Sias on Aug. 27, 2007, in Fort Braggs, N.C.She worked as a drug and alcohol counselor.Survivors include her husband; her parents, now of Redding, Calif.; a daughter, Emylee Chambers of Medford; a son, Andrew Chambers of Medford; two brothers, Jeff Zellick and Kristopher Zellick, both of Springfield; and a sister, Katie Graf of Springfield.
