Obituary of Mary Sprout

Mary SproutCRESWELL — A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 11, at Creswell Pioneer Cemetery for Mary Jajuan Sprout of Creswell, who died Oct. 7 of unknown causes, pending medical examiner’s report. She was 54.Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today, Oct. 10, at Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.She was born March 5, 1956, in Oklahoma City to Joe and Mae Walker Maddox. She married Arthur Sprout on Oct. 31, 1972, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She was a homemaker.Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Tammie Sprout of Creswell; a son, Shawn of Springfield; a sister, Kathryn Ratterree of Moulton, Ala.; a brother, Darrel Williams of Bartlesville, Okla.; and eight grandchildren. A son, Brian Dale Sprout, died Sept. 16, 2007.Arrangements by England’s Creswell Memorial Chapel.
