Obituary of Gerald Dodd

Gerald DoddGerald Dale Dodd of Eugene died Oct. 12 of age-related causes. He was 90. A memorial service is planned for later.He was born July 1, 1920, in Aline, Okla., to Harvey and Nora Mott Dodd. He married Anna Pullan on July 18, 1942, in Burbank, Calif.He graduated from high school in 1940. He served as a flight mechanic in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He retired in 1983 after working 23 years as a core layer for Bohemia Lumber Co.Survivors include his wife; and a daughter, Janice Dodd of Virginia. A daughter, Jo Ann Dodd, died in September 2010.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
