Obituary of Sik Jim Quan

Sik QuanSik Jim Quan of Eugene died Oct. 17 from heart failure. He was 66.He was born Nov. 26 in China to Donald and Margie Ma Quan. He married Tina Ko in 1972 in Hong Kong.He graduated from high school in China. After coming to Eugene he was a longtime restaurateur, owning Quan’s Restaurants in five locations in the Eugene area. He had lived in the area for 37 years.Survivors include his wife; his father, Don, of Minneapolis; a son, Tony, of Portland; a sister, Lily Quan of Eugene; and three brothers, John, Bill and Key Quan, all of Minnesota.No service is planned.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
