Obituary of Cheryl Overstreet

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home for Cheryl M. Overstreet of Eugene, who died Oct. 26 of a cardiac arrest. She was 60.She was born June 30, 1950, in Grants Pass to Cedric and Irene Roberts Overstreet.She graduated from Grants Pass High School and held a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon. She worked for the Los Angeles Police Department and as a project manager for Safeco Insurance in Seattle for 30 years.Survivors include her father, now of Springfield; and a brother, Darryl of Central Point.Inurnment will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Leaburg.
