John PleshkoJohn Pleshko of Eugene died Nov. 23 at age 80. The family chose not to list the cause of death. No service is planned.He was born June 3, 1930, in Poland to Andrew and Vera Kolo-shuk Pleshko. He married Eleanor Higgs on Sept. 29, 1962, in California.He held an accounting degree and worked as an estimator for AMPEX for 14 years, owned Breslers in Springfield for 10 years and returned to industrial estimating until his retirement.Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Lori Deveny of Portland; six sisters, Elizabeth Pucenko of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Emily Horaski of Penticton, B.C., Sophie Pleshko of Toronto, Lydia Hopkins of Kelowna, B.C., and Mary Semchuk and Hope Heibert, both of Calgary, Alberta; two brothers, Alex of British Columbia and George of Arvada, Colo.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
