Joel SanfordJoel Sanford of Eugene died Dec. 18 at age 70. The family chose not to list the cause of death. No service is planned.He was born May 11, 1940, in Yakima, Wash., to Joseph and Virginia Dudley Sanford.He held a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and served in the Navy. He worked as chief operator at Bonneville Power Administration.Survivors include two sons, William and Brent; his life partner, Reba LeFort; a brother, Dan; and five grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
