Obituary of Evelyn Dolgopal

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 23, at Lane Memorial Gardens in Eugene for Evelyn Velma Dolgopal of Eugene, who died Dec. 15 of age-related causes. She was 95.She was born Dec. 31, 1914, in Moosomin, Saskatchewan, to Frank and Mary Stoddard Morton. She married Sam Dolgopal on Aug. 30, 1952, in New Westminster, B.C.She worked as a nurses’ aide in a hospital.Survivors include her husband; and a daughter, Darleen Mitchell of Eugene.Arrangements by Lane Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.
