I had the privelege to meet Peter in Winnipeg while he worked for Carter Motors. Well we remember the winter blizzard that kept him from taking his trailer and dog to work so he left them with us for a couple of days. His calmness in the situation was amazing. We enjoyed both he and the shepherd.

To the Matwick Family
I was sorry to hear of Peter's passing. My husband Keith passed away in July. He & Peter go back quite a ways having met when Keith was a rookie with BCP. They shared a passion for target shooting, attending many shoots with the McLeans, Birkhans, Chrismas, Collisters, Maliteares to name a few. Had some great times Peter had a uniqueness which Keith always respected. I know the force was not the same after he left it. My sincere condolences for your loss.

Please accept my condolences in the loss of your Father and Grandfather. I have known Peter for 2 years as his foot care provider. He always spoke highly of his children and grandchildren. He was always in touch with their activities. Peter was a gentle man. May your pictures help with the memories.

Thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this sad time. I'm so thankful that I was able to come to Brandon last fall and see uncle Pete and share some family history with him.
